Consultation are totally free of charge but extremely important to give an accurate price, and to discuss if what you want is achievable.
If you are travelling to visit us we always suggest a virtual consultation if you are unable to attend in salon.

PRICES WILL ALWAYS DEPEND ON SERVICE - STARTS FROM:
Root touch up only, with finish: £ 45
Root touch up with toner cut and finisched: £ 75
Full head highlights with full colour cut and finish by the RM Team: £ 150

We do not respond at times other than those indicated.

We are unable to give prices over email, social or by phone.

We now work by appointment ONLY; on booking an appointment we will require for you to make a on refundable deposit payment of £30.00 by bank transfer, this will be taken off your final balance on the day of attendance. For any colour service the non refundable deposit required is £50.00.

To take a skin test you must visit one of our salons. We can not carry out any colour services until a skin test has been completed, the test is to be completed at least 48 hours prior to your attendance.

Note online skin test orders may require several working days, ensure you order one in time for your appointment; the test is to be completed at least 48 hours prior to your attendance.

All our salons are walk in with appointment is required. We are unable to give prices over email or by phone.

We can not carry out any colour services until a skin test has been completed, at-least 48 hours prior to your attendance.

There are 2 ways you can get a skin test.
1. You pop in to one of our salons and get a skin test done free of charge, applied by a stylist to your skin. This type of skin test must be applied 48 hrs prior to your appointment otherwise we can not go ahead with you're colour as planned.

2. Alternatively you can order a skin test via our website; the online skin test must be applied 5 days prior to your appointmentt as per the instructions attached on arrival, otherwise we can not go ahead with your colour as planned.
Note online orders can take up to 7 days to arrive so please do order in time for your appointment.

You can order a skin test online by going to our website page: selecting the shop online tab; selecting the country you want us to ship to; selecting the product Allergy Skin Patch Test; and following the instructions from there.

For a free consultation, pop in to one of our salons for a face to face chat; on examining your hair and understanding your needs, we would be happy to provide you a price for our services.
